About "MTO" (Make-to-Order products)

We use Make-to-Order (MTO) system in some of Brasspire products.
(We do not have them in stock and are going to produce the instruments at your order.)

You can order MTO products at this Official Web Shop. (We indicate MTO products as "BOOK NOW!" in this website.
Please add the product into the cart and check out.

Payment:
You can make payment via Paypal or Wire transfer.
When the product is ready, we ask you to make settlement.

Cancellation;
Until 7 days after your order, we accept cancellation for free.
After 8 days, we do not accept cancellation.

Delivery schedule:
Approximate delivery schedule is indicated on each page of the products, but please don't hesitate to ask us more detailed schedule.
Sometimes we need to postpone the delivery schedule to keep the good quality. Please kindly understand in advance.

Return Policies

Please note that we request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. We do not accept any unannounced return shipment.

If you find transportation damages or receive the wrong items, we will send you the replacement immediately.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original packaging within 7 days.
A refund of the merchandise will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
